Hi guys and gals,
Your old "desert dweller" has been given the chore of keeping this side of the "Home Page" up-to-date with info you need to know, so here goes my first attempt at my new career.
As you all know, I've been "bugging" you all regarding our "Down the Road" mini-reunion coming up in 2011. Yeah, it's almost 2 years off; however, like I've said, we've some planning to do and the Florida folks shouldn't be left hanging 'til the last month to make those plans. Now, here's the "Tentative Plans" that we have thus far and, as you know, it all depends on $$$$$$.
Dates: Friday/Saturday, March 25/26, 2011
Place: "The Villages" in mid-Florida; Hotel is "The Waterfront" w/rooms approx. $111 which includes a breakfast buffet.
Events: Pizza Party Friday night in a covered pavilion and a catered dinner Saturday night. Louise Thayer will have guest badges made up for everyone to allow us to partake of all ammenities at the Villages (tennis, swimming, bocce ball, shuffleboard, etc.)
Our biggest hurdle to overcome is the financial one. Until we have sufficient money in the bank from AA dues we cannot properly plan for this reunion and that's a plain and simple fact. Sooooo, what I'm asking is that you all send in your current dues as well as next year's dues. In fact, if you really want to be sure this whole thing comes to fruition, pay your dues in advance through 2012 like the "life members" did, or am I asking too much?

If you haven't let me know you're coming, (or not) please drop me an email. I'm looking forward to seeing you all. Remember, the above plans are Tentative and $$$ will be a large factor as to whether or not we can "pull it off". It's up to you my classmates to make it happen!!!!!!

A complete CLASS ROSTER is available in the Directory section for downloading. It is an Excel spreadsheet, so you will need Excel to view it.
Remember, you'll have to log in for security reasons. If you have forgotten the login and password, just click on the "forgot the user id and password" link on the directory page.

And remember ... you can still:
Upload your recent photos to The Photo Gallery.
I've created a few folders to help organize the photos, but you can create your own if you wish. You also have the ability to resize your photos, rotate them, etc....
The Blog is also available for you to enter your thoughts, recollections, comments, etc. about the reunion - or anything else, for that matter. You can also comment on other people's postings.
